SC2000 INDUSTRY EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION GUIDELINES AND POLICIES

You can register in advance for SC 2000 either of these ways: NOTE: Booth Coordinators register their booth staff, so individual booth workers should not use this form.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION

Please register your booth workers in advance for SC 2000 by completing the Exhibitor Staff Badge order form, then mail or fax it to the IEEE Computer Society no later than Friday, 6 October. After this date, your list must be presented on site. Badges ordered on site are not guaranteed to be ready prior to 5:00pm on Sunday, 5 November. Please note that credit card information is required on this form. Forms submitted without credit card information will NOT be processed.

EXTRA STAFF BADGES

Once you have exceeded your badge allowance, you must purchase additional exhibitor staff badges for $100. Your allowance is five staff badges for each 10x10-sq. ft. of your booth. Once the allowance is exceeded, we will collect this fee as the requests are submitted.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Written confirmation for advance registration will be mailed via postal mail to individual exhibitors by the IEEE Computer Society within five days of receipt of your registration. If your booth workers do not receive confirmation after 14 days, please call 202-371-1013 or send a message to register@computer.org. (Housing confirmation is done by the Dallas Convention and Visitors' Bureau.)

TECHNICAL PROGRAM AND TUTORIALS REGISTRANTS WHO ARE ALSO EXHIBITORS

Exhibitors may also register to attend the technical sessions or tutorials by using the regular conference registration form found at https://pascal.computer.org/sc2000.nsf.

Exhibitor staff registered for the technical program when your list is submitted do not count towards your badge allowance. Please check with your staff to confirm their registration status.

COMPLIMENTARY TECHNICAL PROGRAM

Each industry exhibitor booth receives one complimentary technical program registration (this does not include tutorial passport registration). This special registration form is included in the exhibitor kit and must be received by the registration office by 13 October if mailed or it may be presented on-site.

EXHIBITS ONLY BADGES

Exhibits Only Badges ($80) allow entrance to the exhibit floor for one of the three days of the exhibition: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Exhibits Only Badges will go on sale Tuesday morning at 7:30am. SC 2000 will sell Exhibits Only Badges to children 12-16; they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under age 12 are not permitted on the exhibit

Note: Complimentary Exhibits Only Badges are intended for use by your clients! Exhibiting companies whose staff submit these forms on-site will be charged $80 per person. Industry Exhibitors will receive 50 guest forms for each 10x10 booth purchased.

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Written requests for cancellations and substitutions will be processed. Please make every effort to meet the registration deadline of 6 October with your preliminary list. A limited number of cancellations and substitutions are expected after 6 October and will be processed upon receipt. Cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. No-shows are billed in full.
